About Our Services
Leah Vanier offers 1:1 energy healing sessions, personal energy and card readings, and a guided meditation recording. These services are offered for relaxation, self exploration, and general wellbeing.
Not Medical or Mental Health Advice
Energy healing, readings, and meditation are complementary practices, not medical, psychological, or mental health treatment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any session, reading, or meditation. Results vary from person to person.
Bookings, Sessions, and Cancellations
Sessions are booked through our online booking system. Payment for 1:1 Energy Healing sessions is collected after your session is complete, not at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least [insert notice period, e.g. 24 hours] notice. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to book future sessions.
Readings
Intuitive Energy Readings are personalized and based on the question you provide at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Because these are personalized and delivered digitally, all sales are final and non refundable once payment is made.
Digital Products
The Energy Reset meditation is a digital download. Because it is a digital product, all sales are final and non refundable once access has been provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including written copy, the Energy Reset meditation, and recorded readings, belongs to Leah Vaneir and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leah Vanier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
