Hey, I'm Leah

Soon to be Red Deer & Area based energy healer, and someone who needed this work long before I ever offered it to anyone else.

My Story

For a long time I was the one everyone leaned on. Mom, wife, pet owner, holding it together while my husband worked away almost every week in a place where we knew nobody. It got heavy, then heavier, until I started to crumble. I was on for everyone who needed me, which left little to no time for me.

Before any of that, I had struggled with self confidence and self love my whole life. I never truly believed I was worthy of what I desired.

I became a mom at 19, and a single mom at 20. I got very good at holding things together. What I was not good at was noticing what it was costing me.

Energy healing found me many times over the years, but the most recent time was the one that finally tipped the scales. It let me set down what was never mine to carry, and walk away from it for good. It showed me what real self care actually looks like, and how to love myself deeply enough that the outside noise finally went quiet.

That's the work now. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I know what it feels like to be so used to carrying everything that you forget you're allowed to put some of it down.

What I Believe

I don't think healing has to be complicated or heavy. I think most of us already know, somewhere deep down, what we need. We've just been too busy holding everything up to listen to it.

My job isn't to fix you. You are not broken.

My job is to help create the kind of quiet where you can hear yourself again.

A Little More About Me

Outside of sessions, Im' a mom of 2. One daughter who is off to college, and a second daughter who is still home and learning how to navigate her life. A wife to my loving husband, and someone who's currently in the middle of moving for the 3rd time in 3 years.

I live for being out in nature and spending time with my family and friends. But also live for the quiet moments at home cozy on my couch.

I belive in building a life and a business that actually fits how you're wired, instead of forcing yourself into someone else's idea of how it should look. That's as true for me as it is for the women I work with.

If any of this feels familiar, you don't have to keep carrying it the way you have been,
