1:1 Energy Healing

What this is...
Energy healing works with what's happening underneath. The tension you can't quite explain. The heaviness that shows up in your body even when everything on paper looks fine.

Each session is different because you're different every time you step into this space. Some sessions are quiet and still. Some bring things up. Both are working exactly as they should.
What happens in a session?
Before your first session, you'll fill out a short intake form so I can understand what's going on for you and get a sense of how you're wired. This form includes questions for me to figure out your human design, numerology, and birth chart.

During the session, I work with your energy directly to support the shift you are looking to receive. You stay fully clothed, in a comfortable (usually laying down) position, with your camera on or off Most people just close their eyes and let it happen.

Sessions run for 60 minutes, but I book for 90 minutes for time to chat before and after. Sessions are avaliavle to book online at the link below.
Who this is for...
This is for you if you'va spent yoears being everything to everyone and you're tired in a way rest doesn't fix. If you've tried a lot of things already and nothing quite stuck. If you can feel that something needs to shift, even if you can't name what it is.

That depends on you. Some people come once for a reset, some come regularly. We can figure out what makes sense together
